The main bones that seem to have grown are browridge, cheekbones and chin. His jaw and medial canthus also got noticeably better

Nothing grew. Browridge, cheekbones and chin stop growing once puberty is finished. He just lost facial volume with age and probably leaned down a bit. For masc facial structure it's a blessing to make him look more angular... for prettyboys that rely on collagen and soft tissue it is their death (chico). For women losing facial volume is a death sentence too. It's why they peak 18 - 22. Literally no girl look better at 30 than she did at 20.

Mandible and maxilla continue to grow post-puberty until mid 20s (at a slowed rate relative to puberty). Chin finishes growing with puberty. Same with browridge.

You can say he hit his prime around 27. I mean he does look good here but still his bones developed and he gained a more sharper look, his cheekbones, jaw definition and eye area matured around his late 20s, only if he didn't tan too much and never touched cigarettes, he could prolong his prime and wouldn't look so tired like he looks now. And to be honest, getting a girlfriend or losing your virginity doesn't mean that you are 'good looking'. Look at this guy -

Bruh facial bones grow up till 25-26, plus Gandy was always fit, he only gained more muscle in mid to late 20s. Even O'Pry looked less sharper in his younger years, in fact he wasn't the best looking kid too, but grew up to be an exceptionally good looking man, most men who peak during late 20s and even early 30s are the ones that have great genes and are high T
