How much gains did you get an how? It takes me like 20-25 min of warming up to get to my max size I don’t take cialis or nothing

6 months and half since i started and i gained a bit lower than 1 inch in length and 0.4cms in girth.
I do mostly jelq and manual stretches

very impressive that you gained that much with manual exercises, you must genetically have a malleable tunica with thin layers, count yourself lucky brother

Thanks bro and i agree. There are many people on thunder who got 1 inch in 4 months but they were guys in their 30s with ED problems, in the first 2 months i barely gained something as i can tell.
Funny enough i can confirm most of length gains happened in my tunica, idk if that counts but i'm more a shower than a grower, i gain like 4 cms or 5 max compared to when i'm flaccid, my flaccid kinda fluctuates ngl
