Can you guys rate my diet of how good it is? My maintenance is 2,000 calories so I don't eat lunch as I am at school a lot and cannot bring meat in and stuff.

  • Upon waking I drink 300-500mL kefir
  • Breakfast:
    • 3-4 boiled or raw eggs (however I am feeling), 100-150g raw fish (like salom, sea bass, monkfish, mackerel, sea trout, etc.), 1-3 teaspoons of raw local honey, and around 200 calories worth of wild bilberries (grown myself) and wild skin-on washed hazelnuts. Every 3 days I might take 5000mg dandelion root capsule for water retention from anything.
  • Throughout the day (mainly after breakfast and before/after dinner) I drink 300-700mL whole or organic milk.
  • Dinner:
    • 200-210g raw grass-fed beef (like sirloin, shoulder, oxtail, etc.) with 30-50g raw ox liver or raw lamb kidneys. Somedays I will have some ice cream (only good brands like Haagen Datz vanilla ice cream) around 200-300 calories worth if I feel hungry but I tend to wait until weekends for any bloating or whatnot.
Please tell me if this is 2,000 calories and what foods that fit this diet I could add if not.

Thank you.

Fair enough ill ask ai.

I do feel very good on this diet, unlike before when I was on a balanced diet

I now wake up with a rock solid, I feel energetic and get up as soon as my eyes open. I like spending time outside and feel more relaxed too, and I have seen slight muscles coming in despite not going gym in a few months too idk why tho. Overall very good.

how old are you and do you ground often?
Im asking because i have not actually tried grounding yet bc my area is awful for it but sounds good with the benefits it has.

name one benefit asshole
helps reduce chronic stress, inflammation and stress as it connects your body to the earths natural electrical charge.
As i said i have never tried it but people i know have and they have experienced some benefits, could be psychological or placebo but who knows.
