I dont think you have a good base but there are stil some things that can be done. Grow our fucking hair out. Hair over the ears mate, you look like a palm tree. Grow some lashes and dye them and your eyebrows. eyebrows also should be grown. Train neck and get shredded. Find a way to deal with the eyebags as they could be just your infras. After that think about surgeries if you have the money. Just the regular stuff
