For eyebrows buy a derma stamper and use 2 times a week while applying topical(or oral) minoxidil, for your eyelashes buy lattisee (or oral minoxidil(topical works too but it less affective)) , shape your eyebrows, and maybe use kohl/manliner(tho assuming you Live in an asian country, you would be probaly be viewed as gay) and i could recomend some contact lenses but your eye color is visible enough. Train your eyes to reduce uee, and you could use ice for your orbitals but thats kinda cope

I was thinking about that but it's probably going to get seized because I live in Canada
