I need an eye area rate and an overall face rating. Also how what to improve

Good eye area u have potential but u need to debloat your face gain some lean mass and change broccoli hairstyle
 
shave off the pedo stache

If u are under 16 do not care about look just eat correctly a lot of protein and let your body do his job
 
just let puberty do its thing brodie and u look alright no reason to be on a forum at 13

Nah, don't do it. When I talk about bones, I'm not just talking about mass, but ratios like fwhr, tfwhr, chin width, jfa, etc.That's not easy to change with peptides alone, finish puberty first, and then consider something more serious like implants if you want.

Bro you're 13 yo, don't stress about this and leave the forum now. Only consider doing something later if you see that you're getting negative responses about your appearance or you're not attracting anyone,but not now

You have a good eye area.Since you're still 13 you will naturally look better through time.For now grow out your hair and keep clean shaven, debloat too by staying hydrated, eating less salt and consuming more potassium which can be found in bananas and coconut water.You should maximise your growth during puberty.First start off with good habits such as nasal breathing and good tongue posture (mewing).Eat a diet high in protein, calcium and vitamins + magnesium and boron.These can be found in foods naturally so no need to supplement.Get plenty of sleep too.Sleeping 8 hours is the bare minimum.Eat a balanced meal before 2-3 hours of bed with protein carbs and good fat and drink before 2 hours of bed.This will allow your body to grow and not be disrupted during sleep.During puberty the easiest way to ascend is through gym and sports.If you do gym remember not to cut.This is an extremely vital mistake because this will disrupt your growth if you decide to lose fat too much and get to a low body fat percentage, so if you decide to go gym just focus on building muscle.Make sure you stay active and exercise.In summary grow out your hair, debloat, get good sleep, exercise and have a good diet.

U got bad bones so do supplements and hit the gym eat more and then when u older ur bones gonna be better, shave off the mustache and ur good
