Did I over dye it does it look weird using lumify as well

It looks like the skin around your eyebrows wasn’t fully protected before dyeing them, since I can see a bit of staining — just something to keep in mind for next time.
As for Lumify, I personally wouldn’t spend money on it; the effect is pretty limited for most people.
And regarding more advanced aesthetic options, the procedure I personally think might be worth looking into is an infra-orbital osteotomy
