Rate eye area (eyelidpulling on left eye only)

My eye area no squinting. Have been eyelidpulling on my left eye. (right in the photo) I think my IPD is too low. I measured using a mirror and alternating closing eyes and it was 65mm. Not sure why it looks low, maybe I am imagining it. I am considering getting laser eye surgery to grayish blue. I think that would be the best for my coloring since I have dark hair.

your absolute IPD is literally irrelevant. you need the breadth apart measurement + ES ratio and your eye shape isnt good. im pretty sure your pfl pfw ratio is sub 3 and you have negative hooding. hapa eyes can be good, however yours arent
