Your right eye (on the pic) looks like has a neutral canthal tilt but left looks obviously negative, very asymmetric. Also right eye's hooding better and left eye's shape is weird. Also not enough thickness on eyebrows. I'd say slightly below average but easily fixable and you may even make it look like above average with surgeries.

Excessive upper eyelid exposure and negative central tilt (droppy eyes). I dont know much about surgeries.
