I think ur midface length cause/ give illusion that ur eye to look closer than it actually is. But it's not noticable anyway. The dark circle is the main focus to fix first.

Idk if you just fix eye bags but you can ascend to 7.5 eye area with contacts and fixing eye bags. Just fixing eye bags maybe like 6.75-7.25.
