Is there anything to do other than surgery? Like idk how to fix itachi lines and recessed infras.

4/10 or below not much i can see than maybe filler/implants to help the infras and lines. Dyeing your eyebrows black could help with coloring which always helps especially when you have blueish-greenish eyes like you.
