Why do you think my grooming is bad? I trim my facial hair every couple of days, shave my neck clean as in pic below and make a bun. I keep the beard a little shorter nowadays tho, it indeed looks cleaner. I also never wear my hair open when I leave the house

I need some filler in jaw angles and chin before I can pull off stubble. Currently going 1 mm shorter each time I trim the beard to get used to it

You simply can't pull off hair like that. It makes you look like a depressed coomer and doesn't fit you at all. You are legit goodlooking but some hairstyles are just not meant for everyone. Imagine someone like Miroslav with a Justin Bieber tier bowl hairstyle :

Drop the hippie look. Keep the beard but cut it down a bit (unless you have a recessed chin) and get a normal, NT haircut with volume on top even if it requires effort to manage.

Although this depends on your hair quality but then again it's still worth a try.

Also, your eyebrows are a bit too sparse and thin, they should be thicker and denser.

Idk about your lower third because you have a beard but as far as i can tell, it looks fine.
