Can I achieve a lighter green shade with sunmaxxing each day without serious drawbacks?

Have you tried it? My eye color seems lighter when I spend more tike in the sun, per example in the summer

for it to work you would genuinely have to stare at the sun to reduce the melanin which would cause permanent eye damage
and you will notice it looks lighter in summer because the sun will temporarily make it appear lighter but nothing permanent
