You have a decent base. Get rid of the moustache, thicken your eyebrows with some product like castor oil, and cover your giant forehead with your hair. You are lean already, which helps a lot. Your skin is healthy, though I advise you to have a skincare routine to preserve its health.

They're usually narcissists who don't have a clue and spew non sense
Also there's something wrong w your face shape either your forehead is the biggest third or your face is comically short cuz u can see u don't have that tall skull look

Which would be around 1.3 non distorted

His thirds are technically perfect from selfie as it usually doesn't get that distorted from selfies but if his hairline moves back even slightly his forehead is the biggest. It might be the biggest tho if that's what you're visually seeing
