please assess for mehonestly no i dont think so, you lack gonial width + forward projection. if you are already 13.5% you should be able to see hollow cheeks in certain lighting already
okay from side profile it seems as though your maxillary forward projection is decent actually. And i can see slight hollowing of the cheeks i think unless thats lighting. Its possible but you definitely wont have super obvious model like hollow cheeks. You will also probably need ultrasonic cavitation or aqualyx to get rid of the fat pads if what you say is true. Mark as solution plsI have thicker fat on my cheeks than I do on my glutes....
it's decent not the best. I have some pretty insane malar fat pads but I don't want to commit to UC or aqua since I have my surgeries planned which the extra fat could maintain my youth factors.okay from side profile it seems as though your maxillary forward projection is decent actually. thats a fair point however there are studies to show extra fat in our buccal fat pads to lead to an increase in sagging. I am not an expert on the topic but definitely worth looking into. also just realised this is in ratings so u can mark as solution but thanksit's decent not the best. I agree with you extra buccal fat can lead to sagging however, when we say extra we mean in my current bone structure, I suspect that once I bring my face forward a bit that would change how much fat I would want in my midface so I'm going to hold out on soft tissue modification till thenthats a fair point however there are studies to show extra fat in our buccal fat pads to lead to an increase in sagging. out of interest what procedures do you plan to get?I agree with you extra buccal fat can lead to sagging however, when we say extra we mean in my current bone structure, I suspect that once I bring my face forward a bit that would change how much fat I would want in my midface so I'm going to hold out on soft tissue modification till then
lefort 1 + bsso + same table infraorbital malar implantsout of interest what procedures do you plan to get?
this will be in a year or solefort 1 + bsso + same table infraorbital malar implants
Nah not rlyCurrently 13.5%bf planning to get to 10%. I store alot of fat on my face does it look like my structure supports hollow cheeks?
infraorbital implants are pretty high risk. i wouldnt really recommend. In fact i would go as far as saying you have a similar eye area to zurzolo who is extremely high appeal. your under eye area is far from brutal and it will realistically not really help you with girls.lefort 1 + bsso + same table infraorbital malar implants
lip filler lwkCurrently 13.5%bf planning to get to 10%. I store alot of fat on my face does it look like my structure supports hollow cheeks?
After rhino for surelip filler lwk
I chose this photo cause I had back lighting so this is the most perfect case scenario I believeHollow cheeks is a lighting thing
most people it will look terrible because the skin underneath the eye is very thin the implant will be pretty obvious. excluding factors like high risk of eye infections and nerve injurywhere did you see infraorbital implants as risky?
My research led me to a different conclusion I’ll need to look into it moremost people it will look terrible because the skin underneath the eye is very thin the implant will be pretty obvious. excluding factors like high risk of eye infections and nerve injury
It depends on the projection and design a lot, a 2mm anterior projection shouldn't be an issue. The only real concern is infraorbital nerve damage, which mostly gets back to atleast 50-60% of sensation in 4-6 months post-opmost people it will look terrible because the skin underneath the eye is very thin the implant will be pretty obvious. excluding factors like high risk of eye infections and nerve injury
From what I know nerve damage is incredibly rare tooIt depends on the projection and design a lot, a 2mm anterior projection shouldn't be an issue. The only real concern is infraorbital nerve damage, which mostly gets back to atleast 50-60% of sensation in 4-6 months post-op
Yeah permanent nerve damage is quite rare, but temporary effects are very common, it's almost bound to happen cuz ur nerve is gonna get stretched and shi during the surgery. From what I know nerve damage is incredibly rare
