I assume you're young so try to fix up your diet by consuming protein, omega 3 fatty acids, yadaydada and do calisthenics.

Also play sports. Lots of sports.

Yes I am young, 17, and wondering
- Is 1-1 lb to protein enough
- Is 1200mg of omega 3 fatty acids from fish oil supplement daily good?
- Are you saying calisthenics over weight lifting and if so why?
- And i’m assuming your telling me to play sports so I stay active and if I don’t want to play a sport is running/ cardio a good alternative?
