too lazy copy and pasted

I'm just gonna eat healthy 6/7 days a week, work out for hypertrophy and do my cardio and training and whatever happens happens.

Hes 14 and was eating low calorie while in puberty it’s a extremely bad idea

Just exercise hard af daily and eat organic and clean but good high calories and you’ll be fine

I’m against junk food simply because after hardcore research I know how whit it is for people on every level, but aye your you not me so it’s probably fine if it’s only one a week,

id suggest making your own pizza though

He doesn’t have abs. And junk food in general is horrible for gut health, mental health and bodily functions

Bro yourre a teen you can eat shit and not get fat easily
it took me 2 years of eating McDonald’s every single day to even get skinny fat one or two cheat meals is fine

it’s terrible for thsee reasons but junk food is also an extremely socially involved thing and completely cutting out junk food would be destroying these interactions, junk food is fine in moderation

at your age you can literally just do 200 pushups everyday and it will be effective enough to see good gains,even better try alternating some pull ups in between.Like 1 day do 200 push ups then day after that do about 80 pull ups,then repeat the process during the week.Easier said than done but you will see gains guaranteed.Don't overcomplicate the diet part,just try to stay away from sugars,cholesterol and junk food

The best looksmax in puberty is eating a fuck ton. Just eat.

At the beginning of the year I didn't eat for shit, sleep, exercise, fucking nothing.
Didn't grow 1cm, nothing at all, lost 10lbs, felt like shiiiit.

Then I decided to eat, a fuck ton, 3000 calories everyday. I have grown 2 inches and gained 24 lbs in the past 4 months, didn't even use drugs.

It sounds stupid, but just eat. Everything. Don't think too hard just eat as much as you can without just force-feeding. Avoid shitty processed junk.

For sleep just don't think about it. The worst thing you can do for sleep is thinking too much. Relax, breathe, and when you wake up get out of bed and take a walk.

For exercise. Bike, lift weights, do pull-ups, and do a basic military full body workout(I can link one). Running is good but I can't due to growing pains.

Now you will ascend
