Currentlt my neck and trap area th8ckened. The lens distortion made the whole pic narrower and my right forearm angled making my arm looked shorter. I casuallt mog friends on frame

I dont max on squat cuz no squat rack at the gym. Ohp dumbells 25kgs each 7 to 9 reps
Bench dumbells 25 kg each 15 reps
Im more fast twitch dominant so would say my one rep max would be higher than the calculator probablt
