Rate my frame . I do mainly bench and pullups and squats . Been doing to for a year . Give recomendations on what to improve ?
Any exercises to improve ???

What’s my body fat rn ? . Should I bulk then cut ?
around 17-18 your abs are probably barely visible in suboptimal conditions. bulking is a meme. cut to 10%. then recomp.

pretty good but chest and shoulders are lacking. hit bench hard (5x5 or 4x6) and do more lateral raises
 
Should I bulk then cut ?
never bulk it messes up insulin sensitivity which makes everything harder, like putting on muscle and loosing fat after bulk.

I already do lateral raises and 3 by 8 bench

I have a pump + flexing in the other pics . The shirt one I’m just sitting there relaxed no pump no flex

Body fat is good. You have beach body.

But your upper arm size is definitely not impressive
Chest size isn't either

You look good bro, I’d suggest working on your traps and getting leaner
 
Just imagine for a second being Indian and looking like that in South India.

Those Tamil Niggers would worship you as a living God.
 
You are around 15% bf, get to 10% then maintain bf but add muscle, also work your abs and chest more

Frame looks good. Add more size and do direct forearm work

Your weak points are ur arms & ur strong points are your shoulders. U mentioned u on a powerlifting program so makes sense
In case u wanna continue on the same route & can afford to stay 3+ hours at the gym I can send u my old powerlifting program. It has a bunch of auxiliary exercises that will help hit those areaa
Nontheless u need to work ur arms whichever means u find.
Diversify your chest exercises as well. Ur shoulders are dominatin so u havd this turtled up look going on. Upper chest & flies are p important

Props to for u starting on a powerlifting routine. Keep up & don’t overdo it

Corona virus made me quit the gym . I got slimmer jfl .
