Both suck tbh. You need to stand up correctly so your frame actually looks good, spam lateral raises and get more muscular in general, lose the fat so your waist looks smaller, and lwk take hgh for clavicle growth.
Yeah the muscle insertions are not it but they also looks worse bc ur still kinda skinny fat
