I used to have that same body now look

You could at least reach this level with moderate effort and calisthenics

What exercises did you do to reach this level
Pull ups, push ups, dips, chin ups, squats

One leg squats assisted and unassisted, one arm pull up assisted, diamond push ups, clap push ups etc

It all comes down to just regular push ups, pull ups Bulgarian squats or regular squats and crunches since those are the basics that will help you, the rest are just variations of those base exercises that you can try

What exercises did you do to reach this level
Oh and also bodyweight rows, they're really good especially for people who can't do pull ups yet
