Ok I'll try for back I only do pull ups so ya there's that that's probably why it lacksUr back looks a bit lacking, u have great frame so bigger lats will mog hard, and i recommend weighted chin ups to get that bĆcep gains aswell
Tips for that I've been trying to help this cus I've noticed it while back but idk how to fix itframe looks good but not in proportion to your head, you need more size to make your head look smaller.
