Rate frame pre gymmax

I'm slowly finishing leanmaxxing (I need to lose a bit more abdominal fat), I got short-ish clavicles but good bidelt size (21-22 inch at 5'10)

Soon going on a lean bulk, is there potential for frame to help me with short height after gymmaxing (never gone to gym before)?
