should i gymmax? this is about 1-2 months in gym
 
Decent frame, above average i guess. Slight problem are the shoulders u should gymmax.

appreciate i’ll try focus on gammax. don’t wanna gain body fat tho so maybe ill just stay at 1800 cals of high protein to recomp
 
Gymmax bhaiaaaaa also focus on direct ab work. Don't listen to Kike Israel telling you muhhhh you don't need direct abuse work

I also use to had very good V taper which I fucked by dirty bulk don't ever do this bro. Go for lean bulk

i’ll stick to 1800 cals from meat eggs fruit i think, so still lose bf while getting my newbie gains. good idea u think?

na don’t even wanna put myself in a surplus since i think cos im a beginner i can gain muscle in a deficit if i eat enough protein and train to failure.

but i’ll gymmax best i can in a deficit, when my lifts stop going up i’ll increase cals i think by maybe 100 until i continue to progress

u think? i don’t have too much muscle as it is, only been gym 1-2 months. i’ll try focus more on chest, maybe upper chest mostly to make it look fuller.

Yup. Get that chest mogging, get the delts bigger, and work on your forearms.

can i pm what i currently do. i’m very sure it isn’t optimal.
I don't go gym and haven't really exercised in something like 3 years, but I used to. It was fun, so I'm thinking about doing it again.

yeah this is only 1-2 month working out. anything i should focus on more? or just everything in general.
i’m tryna recomp tho. so on 1800 cals daily, which should be enough to get newbie gains still hopefully

As I said your overall body lacks mass but if you want to focus more in gaining "Width" then you mainly need to target delts and lats, This last ones are the most important, In relation with your daily caloric intake, Im pretty sure you are not gaining almost any mass with just 1800cal in a bulk, Even more knowing that you are 6ft, If you truly want to add mass, You should eat at least 3000cals a day.
