I’ve considered canthoplasty with how my eyes are but I’m not sure. My jaw also seems too soft.

Some of your good features are eyes, good lashes, good brows,good zygos.
I suggest you fix your jaw deformity, it even happens to your lip, I doubt you could fix it via normal means, maybe surgery for it.
For acne, isotretinoin(accutane) or tretoin can fix your flaw, but remember;nothing is guaranteed.
I can see you have a weak neck and weak frame, gymmax for that.
Your hair is thinning, you can try fin/dut for that, start with minoxidil and dermarolling/stamping though.

Oh my hair is just wet, accutane seems overkill for my acne although I will try tret, I'm currently starting to go to the gym more and I have an overbite which explains my jaw. Thank you for giving advice, I appreciate it.

I've recently gotten into this looksmaxxing thing after lurking for a while, my upper eyelid exposure was the only thing I could notice when it came to my face besides acne, but I have no idea what I would need to do to softmaxx, apologies.

If u don’t want Accutane you can try tret or something else, but Accutane is always superior

Nope you can’t do anything except getting to lower body fat which might help your bone structure look more defined, currently you have bigger issues than your jaw, do what I said and look at the best of the best section there’s some helpful advices there
