Jean-Luc Lahaeye, known as Jean-Luc Lahaye, is a French variety singer, author and composer, born December 23, 1952 in Paris 10.
On 8 January 2007, the artist was sentenced to a fine of 10,000 euros for sexual abuse of a 15-year-old minor in a closed trial at the Criminal Court of Paris.

The singer was arrested on 11 February 2015 by the Central Office for the repression of violence against persons of the judicial police. He was placed under judicial supervision, banned from leaving the country and required to receive medical treatment. On 23 March, he was summoned to the Paris Tribunal de Grande Instance for corruption of a minor, aggravated by the use of an electronic communication network for a sexual proposal to a minor under 15 years of age, as well as possession of child pornography images. On Monday, 18 May 2015, the Paris Criminal Court handed down its decision and sentenced the singer to a one-year suspended prison sentence for corruption of a 15-year-old minor; he was however acquitted on charges of "sexual proposal to a 15-year-old minor" and "possession of child pornographic images of a 15-year-old minor".
