he already has mogger eyes and eyebrow shape if they were darker his face overall would improve a lot

true what about if his hair is more light-blonde/dirty blonde in sun. would the contrast look good? and how dark?

Its actually pretty common for ppl with light hair to have darker brows ur friend seems to have the same tone on both

he shouldn’t paint it black but a darker tone of brown
