Narrow palate, recessed infras, negative canthal tilt, terrible misc and bad eye area, your lip to nose ratio is good tho

i don't think he can get Le Fort, doctors only do it if his maxilla was super recessed. and doing a super risky surgery in india or turkey is retarded

why did you do a nose job if you needed to change your maxilla. They are very connected.
