i dont think you would benefit much from getting fat grafting above the eyelids, it seems you already have minimal upper eyelid exposure

sadly not they referred me to a surgeon but I declined since it wasn't custom, and I am boneless I don't have cheekbones or infras

sadly not they referred me to a surgeon but I declined since it wasn't custom, and I am boneless I don't have cheekbones or infras

Boneless people have droopy, oval faces And rounded, large foreheads with no brow ridge along with poor health halos as a baseline (dark circles, baby looking cheeks even if lean). You don't look boneless density wise, but definitely recessed. The angles aren't ideal but you could theoretically salvage it with surgery if you can ever afford it.
