it just widens your chin, my chin is pretty projected, only problem is that its narrow

flared ears I have that problem too but hair hides it why not just rock longer hair?

Far from the worst I've seen. Chin and maxilla are recessed but it's not death tier. Side profile is never that big of a deal to begin with and you definitely have good density in the chin/maxilla judging from your front profile.

I'd rate you MMTN right now. Good features and density, but recessed maxilla and chin. Advancement surgery would probably ascend you a couple points. Also maybe try to hairmaxx and get a little leaner, 12-15% BF is ideal. I haven't seen myself lean in like a year though, so kinda hypocritical... I need to quit that ganja

I can't tell you definitively but it looks like it'd have high ROI. Do research on it, see if it's right for you. Also going from 5 to 7 or even 6 out of ten is pretty damn good.
