Idk what to do with the front, I’m seeing an ortho for rhino and genio but i can’t fix my long mid face and the rest of the flaws, only if im willing to the marpe but probably not

PROS: Neutral/positive tilt with low ULE. Thick hair density + brow framing.
CONS: Lying down to fraud jawline/bone definition. Long midface syndrome. Narrow mouth width. Soft, low-dimorphism bones.
HLTN-LMTN Textbook definition of a background character. Heavily carried by hair texture and angle frauding.
