well i can debloat and get a lower bf%, im still around 12-13% bodyfat tryna get to 10%. additionally, i will look into stuff like jaw/chin implants or fillers in the future for hardmaxx. i think hmtn is pretty accurate, though id say hmtn-lhtn myself. appreciate the responses.
