genetics already decided most of it. cut and lift if you want but don’t expect a transformation. you’ll prob stay mid.

I would say Hltn with a chance to solid Mtn.

But far for Roping. You’ll probably have a higher SMV because of ur Curls and soft features, but work on those bones.
