- 1mg anastrazole every morning (~2-4 day half-life)

- 25mg mk677 every day (morning + night cycle, 12.5mg split)

- 75 - 125 mcg of CJC-1295 no DAC + Ipamorelin (night)

- 8iu HGH subQ injection (night) >> every 7-8 weeks, +2 iu, max 16iu

- Omega 3 supplements (daily / morning)

- 5,000 IU vitamin D3 (daily / morning)

- 30-50mg zinc daily (daily / morning)

- 5g L-arginine daily (daily split doses, 2.5g morning/night).
