Im pretty sure it has a lot to do with the angle that my eyelashes end at, they droop slightly down at the ends making it appear slightly negative or neutral

i would seriously consider a palatal expander if you have a narrow palate, dark corners, low amount of upper teeth visible in smile, bad nasal breathing/snoring, or if you would benefit from any of the other health effects of palatal expanders.

^ You have a narrow nose & mouth and those would both be somewhat addressed with a palatal expander ontop of it giving you better breathing.

Softmaxxing: grow your hair, grow your lashes (maybe experiment with curling)

Hardmaxxing: palatal expander, lip widening surgery (lateral commissuroplasty), lefort 1/DJS (lowest ROI here cause risk + cost + recovery even though you would benefit from it), canthopexy
