This is one year difference, I've lost like 7-8 lbs of fat since then. A lot of girls I talk to say I have a baby face, how do I fix that. Also for reference I am turning 17 in December. pls rate me where am at rn and give me advice

your main problem is how short it is - which leads to a large philtrum, which then leads to a frankly ugly face.

you'd need both rhino and a lip lift.

PSL. your philtrum and lips is more of a problem than your nose shape. rhino should be secondary.

Slight asymmetry but everything else looks good
