So cutting, nose surgery, double jaw surgery, and implants to make my face look wider. Thank you, one more queetion is it a risk in terms of looking uncanny or in my case its low risk?

drink more water to clear ur skin hope on a healthy diet and then get a custom bimax rhino and Mandibular Angle Implants and a upper lip lift if the bi max doesnt fix that.

Sounds legit, same things have said by another person before you. I have to ask you the same questions tho . 1)is it risky in terms of looking uncanny, 2)how would u rate me now, and do u think its possible to reach lhtn after the surgeries

You would NOT look uncanny when the proper type of surgery is done and done properly only uncanny when using filler and done unproper, WHICH is NEVER recommended, idk why milfs and boomers still do filler, to rate u now It would sadly be ltn if u were over 6'1 mtn but idk ur height, it would be possible after proper recovery and when its done PROPERLY! that matters ALOT! eye area is not to bad but its very risky when trying to do canthoplasty which would be the best way to improve ur eye area but you dont really need to if every other surgery goes to plain if you were to do them btw I forgot when going to get facial sugery get a good doctor and do it CUSTOM
