is frame fixable?
Your bones itself cannot grow (unless you are younger than around 22-23), but big muscles can emulate a good frame. Lateral raises for shoulder width, lats for ribcage circumference and V-taper.

Average is fat. But your body isn’t a gym body. Eat lots of protein, lift heavier and progress in your training.

You have some muscles. ANd they arenot that big.
Muscles could use and extra 20% orso fo mass.

If you can get those 2. Then you reached your idealgymbody for overall female appeal.
