I had small amounts of brown liquid leaking from my tits whenever i squeezed them tbh

Even got prolactin test and it came back as low normal. Suspect it was due to very low testosterone or malnutrition considering i was very underweight

Doesnt look like gyno, the liquid might be from some infection, milk isnt brown, like ever. It could even be reddish (from blood) but never brown.

they are oil glands that keep your nipple moisturized lol.
