honestly i think it has to do with not excerising,eating healthy and bad habits in general,

My diet consists of mostly kfc daily (no joke) and i have a very low nutrutious diet which just makes my body and shit

also i feel like stress from business studies at school and fapping too much has caused my hair to fuck up

idk this could be all cope but idc if i norwood im asian which = failo no matter how tall or good my body is so imma cointue to rot also a manlet (5'7) so not much point anymore in looksmaxxing when it wont give much results
