I've met a few but I live in the UK where blacks and South Asians tend to live in similar areas, ofc it's much more rare than black/white

I don't know what you mean. Latino isn't really a race. 37% of the population is Indian and 36% is African. The mixed population is 24% and 7% identify as African and Indian though I dont know what the other identify as.
