Bone age checked - 14 yrs (Plates are still open)
fgfr3 inhibitor - Vosoritide (1mg SC) , TYRA-300 (dabogratinib) (100 mg PO daily, 3 weeks on / 1 week off)
HGH—Start at 8IU then go to 16IU (move up 2IU each week)
Ai—Letrozole 2.5 mg/day PO
PTH analogs—Abaloparatide 80 mcg SC Daily
KY19382- (~20 mg PO daily)
Sacubitril- (~97 mg PO twice daily)
