honestly I don't know how you are trying to meet girls but I think you have potential for online game- you look quite aesthetic apart from the poor skin quality (I'd get on tretinoin or another retinoid for that in addition for switching to a paleo / low carb kind of diet)

Get a tripod for your phone and learn how to take cool photos of you in different locations looking your best

nobody will know you're using a tripod and you can fraud an interesting life if you don't have one

if you have money to take a vacation to somewhere getting pictures outside of india will also be a huge boost
