I’ve been softmaxxing for about 6 months at this point. I’ve developed a routine that I can stick to with minimal effort. I think I’m reaching a crossroads where i’ve become mostly soft maxxed and need to look into potential hardmaxxes or just focus my efforts on the other aspects of the LMS triad. curious what you guys think.
