It’s not tho his chin to philtrum is acc feminine his chin is shorter then ideal and yeah his lower third is taller then his other thirds but that’s also due to his other thirds being to short like his forehead is not existent and his midface is compact that’s why his overall face looks really compact lol he’s looks like a box
