His waist looks a little too wide. He'd look better if his obliques weren't as developed and his shoulders were a bit wider giving him a more V-taper look but this would mostly only matter if he was competing in a bodybuilding contest or something. Doesn't matter it is to do with the mental response of seeing it, V tapers and wide shoulders relative to waist give a higher reaction than cleavage does for men.
