there is no such thing as a jaw frontal angle. you are likely trying to refer to either the gonial angle or the bigonial width, the only frontal jaw metric that has anything to do with the gonions. technically, within normal human variation, everyone's gonial angle is obtuse assuming a 90 degree angle is right and anything below that is acute, but that is besides the point as terminology has moved to calling gonial angles under 115 degrees "acute." to address your claim on this person's jaw angle being excessively "obtuse," their horizontal mandibular plane actually runs quite close to the parallel plane of the floor, whereas a notably "obtuse" gonial angle tends to pair with a horizontal mandibular body that shoots down towards the collarbone (closely related to a clockwise growth pattern.)
