Im doing that along with cardio on a stationary bike 4-5 days a week after school. Should I be doing daily moderate cardio?

It doesn't matter right now. You can't even have surgery yet. If I were you, delete your .org account and make it your main goal to make as much money as possible. Be smart with it, something that will make you money consistently, and aim for the 50-100K range at the bare minimum.

The more time you spend on these websites where clueless teenage incels tell you about muh "thumbpulling" "testosterone" (which will do nothing) could be better spent making money. Come back on this website when you're 18, and instantly start talking to facial surgeons like Pagoni.

Idk man just make sure you’re lifting a lot and lifting heavy. Idc what anybody says, lifting weights changes your face.
 
Which surgery
U have too much fat in ur cheeks maybe buccal fat removal and some chin/jaw implants but u should wait till 18+ and look with a professional in it

Currently LTN due to low harmony and dimorphism, some of your major flaws (e.g. eye spacing/ eye separation ratio) are only fixable with risky surgeries like orbital box osteotomy, I'm no expert but jaw angle implants or potentially bimax/ genioplasty would improve your short, narrow, and rounded lower third, chin to philtrum ratio etc, fillers are also an option but don't last forever.
