I mean everyone for the most part will see flaws if u stand 1cm from ur mirror and analyze ur face, in the pictures it really doesnt look bad. Tret should fix most of ur things and it will also work as anti aging so double bonus

Just use a topical treatment. This is not severe enough for accutane and honestly the side effects especially for a young person like you will not outweigh the benefits for your case.

Use a topical retinoid such as any of the following in order listed with the first being the mildest then increasing in potency:
Retinol OTC (Don’t bother)
Adapalene 0.1% (OTC in USA and some other countries, prescription-only elsewhere)
Tretinoin 0.025%
Trifarotene (dries you out even more than the others, good for very oily skin but too drying for normal)
Tazarotene (Very potent, mogs the other topical treatments)

Oral Isotretinoin (Overkill)

Don’t bother with peptides such as GHK-Cu, you are young and should be focusing on maximising physical and even mental development. The ROI is too low for someone who isn’t fully grown, it will also take long to work and will cost a lot. It will require daily injections as well (not too bad if you already inject something daily). Just use sunscreen and see a dermatologist/online consultation website, ask for these things or just buy them from elsewhere (obviously get a prescription).
