Eye area is the most brutal pill

You cant really improve eye area even with surgery its tricky. Maybe a upper blepharoplasty or canthoplasty but the latter is kinda risky.

its better but gonion is still ingrown you can either accept this and be confident about it or get implants/bimax. I would recommend implants.
